Is it possible to edit settings through SSH? Specifically the settings for stuff like Infiniboard?

I need to be at least be able to "clear all settings" from SSH or iFile. My reason is because I think a settings file for Infiniboard is corrupt, which causes springboard to crash at times, and also causes Settings to crash. So the only way I can delete the corrupted file is to SSH into it.

I'd like to, but then I can't clear its settings so it will work again.

Find its preferences file and delete it. You can download iFile from Cydia and use it as like a file browser. Check places like /System/Library/PreferenceBundles and stuff, any directories with preferences in the name.

Won't deleting it cause problems, or is that what happens when I hit "reset all settings"?

If it's uninstalled but the preferences are still there, just delete the preferences and then reinstall. Shouldn't cause any problems.
