Any one know of one that is good to get off of the Apps store, or anywhere, where you can import your own e-books in either LIT PDB or HTML format if you make your own?

MobileFinder works perfectly for me. You can read PDF, .txt and more.

BookReader doesn't do LIT or PDB format, and it's not on App Store which was the specific question asked by the OP.

For the record, BookShelf will do it, but it isn't cheap.
