Just download it, open it, and follow the on-screen instructions. It's better than blackra1n because you can get verbose boot or a custom boot logo.

If he doesn't want any custom boot logos or Verbose boot, then it's not better, is it? It takes longer and there are more steps. The easiest way is to just plug in your iPod, run blackra1n, and click a single button.

    Its just saying Running.

Is it because on my firmware?

    I have 3.0

How do I get 3.1.1 or the other without having to download 3.1.3?

    Thanks
