Easiest jailbreak for a noob

    Hi,

    I am very much a noob when it comes to Ipods because i just got it this past saturday. its 2g 16 gig with firmware 2.2.1. its complet restored to factory settings. what's the easiest method to jailbreak. thanks a lot,

    Redsnow. You can find it at redsn0w.com. The o is a zero in snow. Just run redsnow.exe hit enter and it will give you instructions.

    redsnow 0.3 is the best and easiest one out there now

    theres a dowload in my signature for redsn0w, and check out redtool as well.

    redsn0w is better than redtool now - Edits firmware directly to the iPod. In redTool, you create an ipsw and have to restore.

    Wait a minute... When you say 5H11, do you mean first gen? Or do you mean second gen, which is 5H11a?

    EDIT: Oh, it's second gen. D'oh.
