Bring 'er in to the Apple Store.
That's all you can do unless you want to take it apart and risk breaking it.
alright but how does it get under?
I'd like to now the same thing. Please Register or Log in to view images
It's most likely because dust is so small.
Small enough to make its way through there under the screen.

Dust gets under the screen because usually it's already there, you just don't notice it at first. Also if you drop your phone it can sometimes move dust around in the phone which can move under the screen.
But what I dont get is isn't the iPhone 4's screen fused with the glass? how is it possible for dust to still get in? I am going to return my iPhone 4 to get it replaced, I am 100% certain there was no dust under the screen when I first got it, went to travel, came back and a spec of dust is under the screen and is very visible against light backgrounds.
There are always gaps... Dust is very small, it can get anywhere.
and the slightest vibration can move then around.
