I got some dust under my screen, no clue how.

I know its dust cause its white even when the iPod touch is turned off.

I've done the service request thing today, and I'm waiting for my package to come.

Do you think they'll replace it, or open it up and try to get rid of the piece of dust?

Bothers me a lot when I'm on the main screen.

Yeah, im sure they will open it up and clean it or whatever. They should anyway. Hopefully you only get charged for shipping.

No, I won't get charged for shipping, cause its still under Apple's warranty.

You have one year... 6 months is free shipping, the other half you gotta pay.

Also, I found out another problem today

My sound volume adjusts by itself, it gets quiet sometimes then loud again.

Theres gotta be something wrong with my headphone jack.

and what if you restore it before you send it back does that work?
