I was wondering if you could duo boot Windows 7 and Snow Leopard without the need of a CD or a USB stick? As I have a netbook, (Advent Milano) I haven't got a CD Drive. Also how big is the ISO to burn on a USB Stick?

Dual booting on a netbook isn't a great idea.. I don't even think netbooks are good ideas, but you should only use the native OS on it.

    That doesn't make any sense.
Netbooks are just small Notebooks, so it is almost the same thing.
It is safe to dual-boot on it, but as a hackintosh I am not sure you would be able to find the right drivers and get it working. Personally I would just dual-boot Windows 7 and Ubuntu 10.04

you really can't install snow leopard without a usb drive/external hard drive/DVD drive
its best to go out and buy a 8GB USB Drive (for Snow Leopard) and 4GB (for Windows 7)

Well your going to need a USB stick bigger then 8GB for one.
The chances of you finding the right drivers is slim, but it might be possible, just do some research on your hardware looking for OSx86 drivers for that hardware. Ubuntu's networks settings are simple and easy to configure, or atleast they were for me.
