dual-boot or maybe quad-boot

    i want to know how i can boot multiple types of systems

    1. i want to update my vista with windows 7
    2. i have another computer but i want to put its hard drive in this one but it runs XP
    3. i want to be able to boot both with linux and mac


    1)so what should i do
    2) how should i do it
    3) are there videos or fully thorough guides on how to do this

    1. Buy Windows 7 and upgrade.

    2. Just install the HDD, when the PC is booting it will prompt you to press a key if you wish to boot from a certain device, thats how you can boot from the second HDD, that is assuming it will run on your PC (if the hardware is completely different it wont work).

    3. Depending on your PC you may not be able to even run Mac, only certain ones can. Almost all PCs can run Linux though. Download a distro and install it, being sure that you partition you harddrive. If you dont know how to do that, just run Linux off a Virtual Machine.
