Wouldn't you think the A4 1GHZ processor would be able to handle a ds emulator once a jailbreak comes out?

    I don't think so.

I don't see any reasons why it wouldn't work....

There haven't even been succesful DS emulators for OS X. They only run a handful of games.

There wouldn't be a DS or PSP emulator.

I could definitely see it working functionality-wise, being touch screen and all, but wouldn't a N64 emulator be easier for it to handle power-wise? Since os x can emulate n64 pretty nicely, but it can only emulate a handful of ds games, it would make more sense.

Even though it's got two processors, one runs at 67MHz and one runs at 33MHz, and there are 1000MHz in one GHz. So I think it will be able to handle it.

But higher specs are needed to emulate it.

    1Ghz is about 10x stronger then a DS ..
but understand that no$gba (which would probably be the emulator that would be ported) only works well at 2Ghz and higher..
