Don't try to turn it on if it is not to late let it dry .
set on table in a cool place and let it dry naturally
    that might work

Unfortunately you're more likely out of luck. If you have the tools and the skill to open it up you can try splaying the components and drying them all out with a blow dryer to see if that helps, but chances are, if you weren't able to remove the battery right after the accident occurred, something is probably fried.

I just left my Ipod Touch 2 days in a cool place and nothing happened yet....

My last chance is to send it to a official Ipod dealer & see if they can do something...

No duh nothing happened. The first poster was somewhat wrong/ right.. Your not soppose to leave iti n a cool place. you leave it in a WARM place. Don't do crazy things to it.. like heat it in the microwave or the oven.. It will break it.. I think. You can use a blowdryer, but don't put the dryer so close to the ipod. The reason for putting it into a warm place is quite obvious.. it's basic science. Adding heat will activate the particles to slide agaisn't another particle allowing it to evaporate inside the ipod. Yes, even though it's compressed it can evaporate. My ipod got wet, water went inside on monday.. it evaporated within 24 hours. Good luck - don't turn it on it will cause corrison

True story. My first iPod could tell you all about it, except it's dead.

It was an accident. Mind-bogglingly stupid, but an accident.
