I disagree. Here's a question from my test: Which vehicles must stop before crossing railroad tracks? The answer is trucks with biohazard waste, but really, how would 99% of the population know that? Also, I remember some of the questions being worded so that they were a bit confusing so i can understand how people who don't have English as their primary language having difficulty passing.
If you can't speak english you definitely shouldn't be driving. I also disagree, most people should know the answer to that question. A explosion of a truck carrying biohazord waste is very dangerous therefore must take extra safety precautions.
Right, only English speaking people in the world should drive then? I guess the Germans or Russians can't drive because they don't speak English? And since 1025 million people speak Mandarin they shouldn't drive because...well no speak english?
