I decided not to plan on getting the Studio headphones, due to the fact that people say the Cups rattle when walking/running, and the battery life sucks.

What about the Beats By Dr. Dre TOUR (Canalphone) version? Anything on that?

I own a pair, and I'm very pleased with them.

If you're a fan of bass, and listen to hip/hop rap especially, I'd definitely suggest them.

    I might do a review.

My main three genres are Rap, Indie Rock, and Electronic, so I guess these are good.

I have a constant problem with wire bending, or something. After 2-3 months, my headphones will ALWAYS break by having one of the buds just failing to work.

Since the BBDDT's have the flat cable, will this be circumvented?

Yes, the cable is EXTREMELY durable.

It hasn't even tangled on me. In fact, if I'm not mistaking, they're tangle-proof.

That was also a main concern of mine.

I have a pair of JVC Marshmallows, and the bass is pretty good. Is the BBDDT's bass even better? I saw a YouTube review where someone stated that the bass is terrible compared to cheaper ones.

No, it blows my Radius Atomic Bass out of the water.

It's thumpy, not tinny. And adding the bass equalizer doesn't distort the sound, like most earbuds would.

Hm....I hope the next Lockerz update has it. I'll be sure to pick them up. I'm sick of my existing ones breaking like crazy.

    Do they require batteries?
