You first need to authorize the second computer.
Log into your iTunes account on the second computer and in iTunes, under "Store", click "Authorize Computer".

Then, temporarily disable automatic syncing under Edit -> Preferences -> Devices.

Plug in your iPod. Then on the main iTunes page, under "Devices" on the left toolbar, right click your iPod and click "Transfer Purcahses". All Apps will be transferred to this second computer.
Music might transfer over as well. If it doesn't, you will need to use a program such as Senuti (for MAC) or Sharepod (for windows) to transfer the music.

To be able to use the iPod with multiple computers, check the "Manually manage music and videos" box on your iPod's settings page.
