Downloading but not correctly

    i have been trying to download stuff... it downloads but i does not show up the CUSTOMIZA IMAGES/SOUNDS files... in the theme browser it shows but in the folder where you need to apply it doesn't show..??
    what can i do?

    Are you downloading things from customize?

    If it is file sets then they should be there. Try uninstalling and reinstalling.

    I've tried that it still does not work... And if he said he's downloading from theme browser then i'd guess he's using customize... i know i am

    The first one i ever downloaded installed all the things correctly (Buuf2) then the secnd one i tried i only got half the files... i tried unintstalling the second one and trying another but it still doesnt show up
