I have ordered my ipod touch and it should be here soon and the first thing im gonna do when I get it, is jailbreak it, so can I download [PIRACY]us straight on to the ipod? I have a list of apps to get, can I download those apps straight to my ipod touch with [PIRACY]us and cydia? or do I need to do something before I can download directly?

Jailbreaking is legal, but pirating apps is not.
