With an ipod touch and without using a computer. Is it possible?

I want to download my favorite radio show using the university's wi-fi and then listen to it on the bus home.

It won't help me play the files. In any case, I jailbroke my ipod, so I'm reluctent to login to appstore (afraid it might lock my ipod).

I don't know about iFile but MPlayer or VLC player should be able to play .wma files. You can find mplayer and vlc4iphone in Cydia.

You iPod will NOT nbe locked or banned because it is jailbroken or for any other reason. and dtunes lets you play WMA
