download iBooks from iTunes

    Is there any way to download iBooks through itunes (without going through the iBooks app)? I usually dont have wifi so that would be useful.

    Not to my knowledge, I've only seen them in the iBooks store

    If you have pdf's downloaded on your computer you can put them in itunes and make sure your iphone has sync books checked.

    yeah i know i have some pdfs synced but i was wondering if u can download iBooks. That feature will probably come with iTunes 10 (coming in September.)

    You can buy eBooks online, as long as their either PDF's or in the ePub format then you can drag them into iTunes and they'll sync. And there called eBooks. Not iBooks lol. Don't get confused people.

    yes ur right their called ibooks. But if i gett ePub ebooks will they behave like ibook epub files? like with the special page turns and stuff like that?
