Download Failed..When Trying To Download Anything

    nope downloads still failing. Is anyone not havin this problem?

    this has been posted a million-kassillin times. here use This

    you can also use term-vt100 be sure to copy the commands exactly.
    This is also for the latest version of installer. If you get an error when trying to connect with terminal. use external shell and creat a new link to our ipod.

    I dont know if that'll work for me #1 im still runnin 1.1.1, #2 im probably comprehending his direstions wrong, but i dont know how to type "chown -R root:wheel" into applications/Installer.app, because Installer.app is a folder.

    once u get one download failed some reason it sticks and show download failed for every file untill u restart. as soon as i restared normal downloads worked again.

    I restarted and now the installer won't even work it just sits there on a white screen:(

    Yup............major probs!!!


    I can't even SSH into mine because I can't DOWNLOAD Open SSH!!!

    Dunnno what's wrong.

    After a few reboots, I could finally start uninstalling stuff again, but still can't download OpenSSH, so looks like I'm goin' back to the good ole' JB1.1.2!!

    :confused:

    EDIT -------------------> STE'S REPO HAS CHANGED 2/8/08!!!!! (D/L COMMUNITY SOURCES IN INSTALLER TO UPDATE ALL)
