Can anyone confirm these steps to restoring the iPhone?

    1. Save SHSH blobs through cydia "make my life easier"

    2. Put iphone in DFU Mode

    3. Click Start TSS server in umbrella and select the firmware you wish to restore/downgrade 4.0.1

    4. on itunes shift and restore 4.0.1

    5. Recovery in progress.

    6. If stuck in recovery after DFU mode, click kick out of recovery mode in umbrella.

    Alt steps

    1. Save SHSH blobs through cydia "make my life easier"

    2. Edit host file

    3. Put phone in DFU mode

    4. Shift restore on itunes 4.0.1

    5. If stuck in recovery mode use umbrella to kick out of recovery mode.

    Are these steps correct?

Question: When restoring using cydia server or using umbrella, would it be stuck in recovery mode?

Possibly. Just use the button in TinyUmbrella to kick yourself out.

    Alright, thanks guys!

Btw is there any other way besides using tinyumbrella to kick it out of recovery mode?

    Like doing it manually?

Just in case tinyumbrella won't kick it out..
