okay so i did a restore downgrade to 1.1.1, but the thing is before it started the downgrade it said "this ipod can not be restored". It worked fine restoring it to 1.1.3, but fsr it won't work to 1.1.1. Any suggestions?

sometimes u just need to restart ur computer and the touch, but try this method i posted on another thread:

must be connected to itunes via usb cable

    1. hold down power button and the home button
2.do this until the ipod tab disappears from itunes
3.once this happens let go of the power button, but hold the home button
    4. keep hold of the home button until the tab reappears saying ur touch is in recovery mode.
note: the screen should not have the connect to itunes button, only a black screen.

sometimes u just need to restart ur computer and the device if it repeatedly doesnt work.
if this doesnt work try this, although it should, http://youtube.com/watch?v=YakjwxB3nQU&feature=user

I know how to use restore mode >.<

If I am using iTunes 7.6 instead of 7.5 will that make it not work?
