downgrade from 3.1.3 to 3.1.2 (or any other firmware) with itunes

    say that you accidentally upgraded to 3.1.3 don't worry i will give you step by step instructions on how to get back to 3.1.2 with iTunes.
    1. get the .ispw of what ever firmware you want to downgrade to from here: [removed]
    2. download it
    3. open iTunes
    4. plug in iPod
    5. let it sync
    6. click on iPod/iPhone under devices
    7. hold down the shift key and click update
    8. a file browser should open. find the .ispw that you downloaded and click open.
    9. itunes will do the rest

    This won't work with all devices, only Non 3G ipod touches and 3GS iPhones. Other than does devices this should work.
