Dont jailbrake

    i jailbroke my ipod for a week and i turned it off and i never turned back

    Lol.. you're not going to stop anyone from jailbreaking.

    A simple DFU restore would have fixed it.

    maybe that was just your ipod...i jailbroke mine and my sisters ipod and nothing has gone wrong with them!!

    There's no way to get any of us that are jailbroken to not jailbreak again. Like chicken said, dfu would have fixed your iPod, which you could have figured out by a simple google search. And you installed something you shouldn't have, that was your problem.

    no it did not turn on at all but i did not mean for any body to stop jailbrake i mean if u are new cause you might do the same lol and i could no fix it lol i tryed eveything lol thx any way

    Before you jailbreak, read up on it... that will stop you making stupid mistakes

    did u evan try anything? just yesterday doing a service to jailbreak 5$, got a ipod 2g (it was still on 2.2 lol) and the screen was black (oh no!) i went to the charger first... nothing happend, kinda freaked out, then hoped some crazy ass was it was in dfu mode... it was. iTunes recognised it and asked to restore, i got the 3.1.2 firmware installed it and jailbroke with Spirit (it was a MC model i didnt know at first i was going to redsn0w it thats why i loaded 3.1.2 and not 3.1.3).

    The OP probably jailbroke his mc ipod with balckra1n and didn't know it was tethered lol. And then freaked out because he couldn't turn it on anymore
