I downloaded a whole lotta stuff that Cydia doesn't sgree with, and it's gotten so bad I'm restoring. Is there a way to keep CERTAIN CYdia apps & mods through a restore?

What am I to be looking up? I doubt Googling "a program to save all my Cydia packages when restoring" will yield anything.

Do you have SSH or iFile installed? You can delete the packages without restoring.

Tried. Cydia still wants to update one thing, install 2 other things, and delete another, so I can't download anything new.

Can I make Cydia forget about those things? Like, edit Cydia so it thinks I never tried to download them in the first place?
