    What you need to do is: jailbreak your ipod again (you will lose your sources, but keep your apps and tunes) and then just add the sources you lost. After that i reccomend installing BossTool, where you can move your apps to your 8/16gb hd instead of having it on the 300 mb side.

    What the hell? The reason you need BossTool is because it's crashing on installation, not "Package Download Failed!". All you need to do for "Package Download Failed!" is refresh your sources.
