Old iPhone 4 (almost 2 years old) No. New replacement iPhone 4 (less than a month) Yes, more than a day when it was not jailbroken yet. When I jailbreak it and recover all my tweaks, I always charge my phone at night when I sleep.
What carrier do you have? I have Verizon, and at my schooll Sprint gets good service, AT&T has 5 bars, T-Mobile has 5 Bars, but verizon has 1 bar of GPRS everywhere. GRRRR
I don't live in America, but my carrier is O2 Germany in case you still care Interestingly enough, in the lower floors of my building, every carrier has crappy service except T-Mobile…
Interesting nevertheless. I hate having so service, does the no service kill your battery if you leave airplane mode off?
I think so. I haven't done it in a while, but it's common sense. The poorer the reception, the more radiation (=energy) the cell antenna has to emit to get its signal to the tower.
I normally leave my iPhone unused for 7 hours during school, and I text and play graphic intensive games like Infinity Blade and N.O.V.A. 3, and I also watch at least half an hour of YouTube (I can't believe how long YouTube can entertain me). I plug it in at night with 20-30% left.
