I was wondering if when a person gets ban does their IP get ban so they can't make another account. I thought it did but their are a few members out their that claim to be users that were previously ban. Is it only ban on certain offenses?

It depends, it is possible to just ban without IP banning but occasionally an IP ban is done

our official stance is that we don't allow multiple accounts. however, we do not actively block IPs unless there is repeated abuse.

by the way, it is VERY easy for me to find people that made new accounts, so those if anyone that did is reading this, know that i'm watching you.

I must admit, one particular poster who requested a ban has now re-registered and is reverting to type trolling and seems to be after a reaction. Just wish his IP addy would get blocked.

IP bans are too easy to circumvent... If your lucky enough to have a Dynamic IP just reset your modem, or if you have a Static IP then use a proxy.

It is easier than that. Just go into Command prompt and type ipconfig/release then ipconfig/renew. In most cases this should work.
