Does you itouch already have to be pwned to put a logo on your itouch using winpwn?

    lol yeah that really bothers me when ppl call it an itouch lol its an ipod touch.

    @OP: Yes, it does. Having a custom boot or restore logo requires placing it within the firmware which WinPwn will do.
    So, you need to "pwn" iPod and then create a custom firmware with the apps included, your choice, and the pics. Look here for more info.

    winpwn has a option now that will change the boot logos withought pwning your ipod. i havent tried this on anything yet but it works after pwning so you dont have to restore again. this could work on unjailbroken ipod and ipod jbed with other methods i havent tried.

    It's just a short form for 'iPod Touch', just like your (hypocritical) use of 'ppl' is a shortcut for 'people'.
