I have a video background I want to use, I know it affects battery life. But does it affect how stable the ipod touch is?

Why do you even want it anyways? It looks ugly to me tbh.

It's better if you use vWallpaper for it, because applying it through Winterboard disabled autolock for me and slowed everything on SpringBoard. With vWallpaper, though, it was fine and worked very well. My opinion.
