does the rubbing alcohol trick actually work?

    does the rubbing alcohol down the headphone jack actually work in changing the indicator?

    i've herd it could work but i've never tried.

    its if ur ipod get water damage a lille picec of paper stuff turns red from white. adn apple wont take it back. the trick is to use rubbing alchol to turn it white again

    The wetness indicator. its rumored that if you use rubbing alcohol you can change the indicator from pink to white.
