Yeah so my question is: When you jailbreak your touch with spirit, does it damage the battery(reduces battery's lifetime) just like blackra1n? Or is it "dangerousless"?

Well, Spirit does not directly affect the battery's life span.

Having a jailbroken device with different things installed, from my experience, really effects battery life.
I recently updated from 3.1.3 jailbroken to 4.0 and there's a huge difference in battery life (for me)

Just don't download a bunch of SpringBoard add-ons and you should be okay,

But you can install things that run in the background. Potentially draining the battery and slowing down your device.

The only thing that harms the battery are mostly mobile substrates that run in the background using up the battery. Using the jailbreak itself doesn't damage anything except Apple's jail.

This, meaning stuff like Winterboard, SBsettings, and other applications of the sort will tend to slow down the device. The more of these programs you have like this running in the background, the slower the device gets (and the worse the battery gets).

Doesn't one of the jailbreaks install a daemon of some sort?! So this would drain the battery a tiny bit?!
