Does BSD Subsystem harm iPod Touch in any way?

    Does BSD Subsystem harm the ipod touch in any way? I was installing NES ROMs and it required to install BSD Subsystem. So I was wondering if BSD would harm my ipod

    EDIT: Would it like make some apps not function properly or interfere with other apps? (I have Jailbroken 1.1.2 ipod touch)

    No its just fine.

    It installs some commands not normally on the ipod, thats all.

    err no some people had some issues with 2.0 but it is (i think) the basis of SEVERAL apps and you have to have it
