If there is an app or something that bypasses apples restriction of using the iTouch with the xbox 360

    whats that supposed to mean?

and to the TS, its not a restriction, the ipod just doesnt have a disk mode feature so the 360 cant recognize it

the Xbox 360 is a game console. it used to be able to accept iPods as media players so you could listen to your iPod while playing a game. but with the iTouch they did something so it puts up a block so you cant watch videos or play music from your iPod. so i was wondering if there is an app or a way via ssh that disables that block...Oh and its USB the 360 doesnt have bluetooth

what do you mean disk mode. cause like you can use flash drives and stuff so not having a hard drive isnt why its not working

its not the 360, its the IPOD,

plug it into a computer, does it recognize it as a removeable drive? no? thats because there is no disk mode on the touch. the 360 wont recognize the iphone or touch, but it will recognize all other ipods

so im guessing theres no way to create a false disk mode or fool the 360 into thinking the iTouch has a disk mode

think about that. it doesnt even make sense! if thres no disk mode, you cant pretend there is.

its like having a closed crate with no way to look inside. you cant fake looking inside, either you can or you cant
