The one that corrupts your host files and links you to all the googles(all supported countries) at once but also prevents using any aspects of google as it doesn't want you to find a means to a fix?

I forgot the site that was the source of it, but it piggy backs in on things you download, as part of the temp information I believe. I'm not too sure though.

Activate Windows Defender and run it, and it'll find it and allow you to delete it. AV's aren't going to be able to find it. Trust me on this one.

you can't get rid of that using usual anti-virus
forget all those tips. they just waste time.

for me it seems you catched a rootkit - do you have google chrome? if yes try to run it if it doesn't load (white screen of death) then it is definetely a rootkit.

those are VERY nasty and keep coming back.
if it really is a rootkit I'm going to help you to remove it. it will be complicated but first at all we need to identify it.

    here:
    download GMER
    http://www.gmer.net/
run it and let it scan. tell me the output.
