does 3.0 beta 4 jailbroken require a dev account?

    hello.

    I was wondering if i need a dev account to install iphone os 3.0 beta 4 that is jailbroken?

    I think so, but why would you want to when 3.0 final is out, and 3.1 beta 1 is out?
    There is now no reason for 3.0 beta 4.

    i want the video recording. cycorder doesnt let you mms videos or put them up on youtube.

    Just wait until some dev can port it over to the older iPhones, it can be done...

    The older iPhones can't do video recording because of the camera hardware. I think cyrecorder records the sound and constantly takes photos to make a video.

    actually no. it was available in the betas of 3.0 for the iphone 3g. so its possible...
