Thought i would ask all the Tech Wiz's on here...

So not to long ago i bought a new Surround Sound System ( Which I love! ) So it came with a iPod Dock, well it turns out its (partially) not compatible with my iTouch. I say partially because when i dock my iTouch the charge screen appears and it begans to charge, and when i press the dock button on the control you can hear whats playing on the touch. Now...for that bad part...you can't get the video output from the dock, yet it has a output line! Thats whats not working....

Any ideas on how to tamper with the dock to get this to work?

i think your dock isn't yet compatible with the ipod touch, only older ipods will work because it's not an official apple dock

    OR

Look in your video settings, choose between PAL and NTSC (might work)
