I recently changed themes from Tecnicolor to Alit. My old theme had its own dock background and I had been able to change it to whatever I wanted by changing the Dock.png in the theme folder. After changing themes, the dock background is reverted to the stock Apple grey brushed metal thing, pointed out by the red arrow in the picture. The current Dock.png in my theme is transparent with a semi-opaque bottom half. I simply want to get rid of the stock dock picture. Could somebody give me the location of that so I can change its name and replace it with a transparent image and see if that works? Or if this has happened to you and you know a better way to fix it, please let me know. Thanks!

Might be /System/Library/CoreServices/Springboard.app/SBDockBG.png and SBDockBG2.png. Hope this helps.
