How are you blocking this ad with Google AdSense? You can't control what ads the site displays without something like an add-on for Firefox.

Not true - a site owner can select which ads they don't want to show on their site via the "Ad Review Center," which gives publishers additional control over the placement-targeted ads that may appear on their pages.

Using the Ad Review Center, a publisher can review specific ad groups and advertisers before they start appearing on their pages. This will also allow publisher to block certain types of ads from showing up. A site owner simply has to opt in to the Ad Review Center at the top of the Competitive Ad Filter page, and then they can begin reviewing ads instantly.

Now by "Support the Devs", do you mean the iPhone Dev Team or do you mean Developers of iPhone Applications.

I didn't realize you were referring to those of us who have our own websites. I thought you were telling us to block that ad from this site, which explains my confusion.

    Now I got'cha.

This is definitely a good idea. I'm seeing this ads right now on the top and side as I view this thread.
