    I'm a console gamer myself although I like to play Civilization V on my laptop. The thing I dislike about PC gaming is downloading the patches and installing and all the bugs that can come with PC gaming such as the game becoming non-responsive and crashing which really annoys me, there's always games that you can never play at the best specs so therefore becomes too expensive to keep up so I prefer console gaming because it's much simpler. I do miss mods though.

    Well guys i prefer to play the games on the PC and i feel liberty in it so it is a cheap alternative to play the games so i am in favor of the PC.

    I wouldn't say that the PC is the alternative platform, I'd say it is superior.

    PC.

    I only play sports games on console. Mainly because there are barely any sports games for PC :p

    I think its 1.4.21.x

    I think it I get all these updates because I have the official HD texture pack dlc and its updating when ever they update some textures. OR maybe because of my 32 mods.

    Before we get off topic, lets list a few reasons why PC gaming is better


    - More bug support
    - Better graphics
    - More options on graphics and certain features
    - MODS, defs MODS
