do you have safari in settings???

    The ipod manual for 3.0 says you need to go to Settings, Safari, Autofill and choose either contacts or passwords to set it up. but i dont see that in settings. anyone see it???

    i also dont have anythign for the old Mail, Calendars, Photos etc. have i got a dodgy settings???

    no, not that im aware of.

    i dont suppose its possible to distribute the settings.app right???

    if so could you send me a copy so i can check against mine?

    its something in winterboard thats killing them. trying to find out now exactly what

    Untick everything in winterboard, respring. Then see if it appears?

    yeah,
    i had a theme with a com.apple.Preferences Bundle that was doing it.

    also having problems with com.apple.mobilemail not theming the mail app

    something must have changed in the Bundle identifiers or something?

    All of the bundle restrictions have changed with 3.0, in doing so, all of your settings might have been scrambled. You can reset by going to Settings > General > Reset, then choose Reset All Settings. Your app placement will be reset as well, but if you use SpringBack, you can restore it.

    if u have extended preferneces disable it from winterboard and you should be ok.
    when i enabled it, photos, store,mail ... , and safari were gone, after i was done with it , i disable it and everything was ok

    thanks guys

    yeah i did a settings, reset all then had to rearrange all my apps LOL. if id thought about it first i would have disabled everything in winterboard and started from there. still, i was thinking id need a resotre, so an hour moving apps around is no biggy.
