    Ye....
I noticed that the very first 1.1.3 soft upgrade worked 100% for me. Not a single probleme.
Just yesterday I was Jb'ing and softupgrading for a friend, and the method i used (the thread) has been deleted. So i used a dif method, and nthing but problems. The method i used with NO problems at all was with the thread name ' 1.1.3 ....... (No Computer) '.
    Cant find it

That thread is ipodtouchmasters thread, and its not deleted. Search for it, and you'll find it. And its not a hard jailbreak either, its the same soft jailbreak which requires downgrading. A hard jailbreak will not require downgrading and uploading the firmware image onto the iPod like that.

i think he/she means the full jailbreak being kept under wraps by the dev team or whatever. He/she is asking what the current progress is with it and will it still be as buggy as the soft upgrade.

he/she must realise that till apple releases the SDK..thatss when the dev team will release the hard update of 1.1.3

from what i recall..only via itunes can you do a real upgrade..so wont be surprise if for the dev teams JB we would first upgrade to 1.1.3 via itunes..then run some sort of executables which would make it JB.
So far this has been true for 1.1.1 and 1.1.2.....
