Do themes/customizations take up battery?

    Do they? Just curious because i head that once jailbroken it does..school me yall..

    It does take up some battery, but not enough to make a difference if your on a 3G. Also, it depends how big the theme is.

    Themes really don't take up much battery.
    All they do is overlap the original images with your theme's images.

    If you've got an iPT1/2 or iPT3 8Gb, I wouldn't suggest the HTC Hero theme.

    It's VERY pretty

    , although it drains my battery hell-fast... If I go "Free Up Memory", so there were as little things taking up memory as possibly, I'd have about 40mb memory left.

    I couldn't play N.O.V.A without lag on the HTC Hero theme.

    EDIT: To be completely fair, NOVA is a huge game, and is really pushing the iPT/iP in terms of hardware... Though I'd rather have NOVA than a bulky theme.
