I really want a iPhone 4 right now, because I have a old LG Xenon and it suckkks, not to add that the microphone no longer works so I really want a new phone. But my contract isnt up till next June and I was wondering if I have to wait till then to get my iPhone 4 for 200 bucks? (16GB)

Let me know if you need any more info to answer this question...

For $200 yes, but you can upgrade right now and cancel your contract early for I think about $150 and then pay another 200 for the iphone.

It'll cost you $300 to upgrade to the 16GB iPhone 4 if your contract isn't up and you aren't eligible for an upgrade. Canceling the contract early will probably end up being more (since yours ends in June of next year).

It depends on the hardware upgrade policy of your carrier.
In Canada, Rogers' HUP policy is that after 30 months one's eligible for the subsidized prices. This means one would still have 6 months left on their [3 year] contract when they can go for an upgrade.
