Hi, I was wondering if after I jailbreak, should I install the BSD subsystems from the installer? I've heard this was important for most apps to run. Also, is there any other things i should install before i start getting more applications? thanks!

If I remember correctly, the BSD subsystem gives programmers access to the underlying Unix commands that are part of Mac OS X. Programs that want to use these commands (rather than recreate the functionality themselves) need the BSD subsystem. Makes life easier for the developers...
