If you want a music videos section, this might work:

    1) Open iTunes and go to your movie's tab
    2) Right click the music video> go to get info
    3) Click the Video Kind: selector and choose music video.

Now when you sync it, it should be under music videos (you might need to add more than one before it makes the new category).

the ipod already orders these things. at the top of the list is always Movies. scroll down a bit and you should enter a new category for music videos, tv shows, etc

i dont think you can have a music videos section, only movies and tv shows which should show up underneath music in iTunes. I've tried to create a music videos section but I can only move them From movies to tv shows, pretty lame.

If nothing else works, you could set all of the music videos as TV shows, then name the show Music Videos...

yes, i even deleted it from my ipod and put in the library again ,changed it to 'musicvideos' (it moved to the music section??) and then i moved it to my ipod.

    *edit*
    the TV show thing worked..
    but it says:
    Shows:
    Music Videos:
    *artist ,song*

    i want:
    Music Videos:
    *artist, song*

I wonder why it doesn't work..the files can also only be found in the music folder ,not in the movie folder(tv show folder)

Don't music videos and tv shows have different tags than movies? If I want to import an episodic DVD that I have ripped and encoded to episodic MP4s, the video will import into the video section of iTunes unless I use a program like Lostify to change the tags.

you can ONLY view your Music Videos by a Smart Playlist.

You can also view the Music Videos on your iPod touch by dragging a smart playlist for Music Videos into the touch and it'll automatically read the music videos that are tagged on ur touch
