So, is there a way to burn this it to two DVDs? I'm trying to burn 10.5.7 since I only have the disk for 10.5.6, which had some bugs like DFU.

You could mount it via Command Line and remove the Printer drivers and some extra un-needed fonts. And maybe Xcode tools. it'll make it fit onto a Single DVD. OR, you could repartition a part of an external drive and restore the Leo image to there. So whenever you want to reinstall, just plug in the External drive, boot into it, and install. All within... 5 minutes or less?

Get a Dual Layer DVD to burn too.

No ride to store, no time to go. I'll try the way above on my dads HDD.
