Would you update your iPod / iPhone or wait?

  2. No, I will wait for a jailbreak for that OS first.

We all know that the iPhone OS 3.0 should come out pretty soon now, so what will you do:
Will you wait until there is working jailbreak for the new OS?
    or
Will you update your OS to the new one as soon as it is out?

I think I will update my OS since it has so many good and new features.

Wait, I thought they already made a jailbreak possible for 3.0?

I would update it even if they never came out with a jailbreak

I don't care that much about jailbreaking anyway.

I would update to 3.0 because I'm sure the jailbreak would come soon after.

I'd probaly wait a while until the jailbreak comes out for it. Then i'd update.

I am undecided at this point. The new OS does have a lot of cool new features. However I like the idea of being in total control of my device with the jailbreak. Then again I rarely use the jailbreak for anything other than SBSettings and 5 rows and columns along with the five icon dock. I don't run any themes or anything nor have I found to many jailbroken apps that I use on a regular basis.

No. I've got too much stuff and I gotta make a backup of it first.

Once a device is jailbroken it is always able to be jailbroken on any OS.
