Discovered new invisible apps bookmark on springboard?

    ok well i posted this on themes and customization thread
    because is kinda a cool thing for customizing your ipod springboard.
    i have like the invisible bookmarks on my springboard.
    i dont know where they came from but i have them.
    here are some shots i took.

    can someone please tell me where this came from?

    It came from the BlackBerry theme you installed.

    Blank apps are commonly used to make room for widgets, etc. This is a well known method of organizing apps

    If you want to get rid of them, rm -rf /var/mobile/Library/WebClips, or SSH in and delete /var/mobile/Library/WebClips.

    i have the same problem. i have seen someone has posted the solution but i am new to this. can someone explain please

    hold one of your apps for 3 sec
    X's should appear
    tap the x's and they should disappear

    No, that doesn't work with these ones.

    Install MobileTerminal from Cydia, and then type this in:

    su

    alpine

    rm -rf /var/mobile/Library/WebClips

    thanks for the reply but i cant seem to get it to work.
    il type what i have on the screen so hopefully anyone can give further help.

    ad-s-iphone: /var/mobileroot# i then type su like you said and hit return
    ad-s-iphone: /var/mobileroot# i then type alpine like you said and hit return
    sh: alpine: command not found
    please help

    and you type alpine.

    it seems to have worked even though i dont think i did it right. anyway i must have done something. cheers for all your help

    i hope your not a guy, cause u shouldn't be putting a pic or brittney spears on your ipod's homescreen along with liking her songs. and don't even say this pic is hott, cause she is probably clothed more in this pic than any other taken in the past 3 years.
