iOS 4.0 disable multitasking in ios4

    has anyone used the disable multitasking program from [PIRACY] and got it working?

    i installed it and i can still multitask which i don't like because it uses more memory

    Disable it through iFile.

    Navigate to /System/Library/CoreServices/Springboard.app/N**AP.plist (Replace the stars with numbers) open the plist and change
    Code:
    <key>multitasking</key>
    </true>
    to
    Code:
    <key>multitasking</key>
    </false>
    please correct me if im wrong

    You actually just have to remove those lines completely.
    I did it myself and just use backgrounder.

    use ztoggle from cydia to disable multitasking/wallpapers.

    multitasking doesn't slow down the device in any way, and doesn't eat up too much RAM.

    don't talk about [PIRACY] on this forum

    It's a piracy source yeah, but as far as I know Disable Multitasking is free anyway, so it doesn't matter. Just don't give out the source.
