How do I disable the gradient?
just go there, and put a wallpaper of your own without gradient
If you're talking about going into the system OS, I've tried. It won't work. If I replace the gradiented homescreen image with one gradientless, it adds the gradient upon respring.
It's in com.apple.springboard under a name like "WallpaperGraidient..."
The only "wallpaper gradient" files there end with "T.png", meaning they're iPad images my os doesn't even touch. Removing them does nothing for me.
I got it to work though. Just had to put the image in var/mobile/Linrary/SpringBoard and make sure the permissions were set to Read only.
Separate names with a comma.
