different methods to set permissions on ipod touch 1g 3.0?

    hey guys,
    since I can't ssh for some reason, I'm using ifunbox. however, I can't set permissions on it. what are other methods for setting permissions on 3.0?

    Uhmm you can sort of change them using iFile

    i searched ifile on cydia, but its in blue, don't i have to pay for it? and if i have the wrong ifile, what source should i add to get it then?

    That's the right one.
    And no you don't have to pay for it..
    It's donation ware i think..

    I think it's "chmod 755 [file path]"

    What file are you trying to change permissions and where is it located at?

    I bought uno from app store and i was just messing around and i took the .app file and put it into the applications folder (.app) and need to change permissions to make it work i guess. Lol im just trying to learn how to like mod an ipod and stuff

    Well if what wyndwarrior said is correct, it would look something like this.
    chmod 755 /var/mobile/Applications/XXXXXXXX
    The X's are a bunch of numbers.
